Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and successful payment verification. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Shipping & Delivery

After dispatch, most orders within India are generally expected to arrive within 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location and courier network. Remote locations may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Free-shipping offers or minimum-order benefits, if available, will be clearly shown on the website.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared after dispatch through the contact information provided during checkout.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, local restrictions, high order volumes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges may apply.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful because the recipient is unavailable or refuses the shipment, the courier may make additional attempts or return the parcel to us. Re-delivery charges may apply where applicable.

Damaged or Tampered Package

If a parcel appears visibly damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take photographs and contact us as soon as possible. We recommend recording an unboxing video for damaged, missing or incorrect product claims.
